1.We do not receive invoices by mail or by another email address. If you do not send invoices to this special email address then you will not get paid in a timely manner.
2. Invoices are paid once per week. See FAQ's.
The Legacy Vendor “Working with Us” Creed: Vendors Must:
- Have a working email address.
- Have an email that you check frequently.
- Prefer to use email as main form of communication.
- Have a smart phone with email setup.
- Use text messaging on your smart phone.
- Be able to take pictures on your smart phone and email them.
- Must be licensed and insured.
- Understand that we don’t send or receive ANY paper documents.
- Agree to send invoices to our firstname.lastname@example.org email for prompt payment.
- Accept our invitation to get paid electronically.
- Agree to our terms and conditions.
- Read our FAQ’s to fully understand our process.
