1.We do not receive invoices by mail or by another email address. If you do not send invoices to this special email address then you will not get paid in a timely manner.

2. Invoices are paid once per week. See FAQ's.

The Legacy Vendor “Working with Us” Creed: Vendors Must:

  1. Have a working email address.
  2. Have an email that you check frequently.
  3. Prefer to use email as main form of communication.
  4. Have a smart phone with email setup.
  5. Use text messaging on your smart phone.
  6. Be able to take pictures on your smart phone and email them.
  7. Must be licensed and insured.
  8. Understand that we don’t send or receive ANY paper documents.
  9. Agree to send invoices to our legacy-ppm@bill.com email for prompt payment.
  10. Accept our invitation to get paid electronically.
  11. Agree to our terms and conditions.
  12. Read our FAQ’s to fully understand our process.

What do you require before we can begin working for you?
We have to have an Independent Contractor Agreement signed.  We also require that you have and furnish us proof of Workers Compensation Insurance and General Liability Insurance.  We do not withhold taxes or other fees. You are responsible for your own taxes and insurance.  You must a complete an IRS Form W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number. If you do not complete a W-9 we are required to withhold 28% of all payments we make to you as required by the IRS.
