1.We do not receive invoices by mail or by another email address. If you do not send invoices to this special email address then you will not get paid in a timely manner.

2. Invoices are paid once per week. See FAQ's.

The Legacy Vendor “Working with Us” Creed: Vendors Must:

  1. Have a working email address.
  2. Have an email that you check frequently.
  3. Prefer to use email as main form of communication.
  4. Have a smart phone with email setup.
  5. Use text messaging on your smart phone.
  6. Be able to take pictures on your smart phone and email them.
  7. Must be licensed and insured.
  8. Understand that we don’t send or receive ANY paper documents.
  9. Agree to send invoices to our legacy-ppm@bill.com email for prompt payment.
  10. Accept our invitation to get paid electronically.
  11. Agree to our terms and conditions.
  12. Read our FAQ’s to fully understand our process.

Frequently Asked Questions

We don’t have workers’ comp insurance; can we still work with you?
Yes. If you don’t have WC coverage it doesn’t automatically exclude you from working with us. However, we will have to bill you for the amount we will get charged by our WC provider or come up with an agreement that works for both of us and still allows us to maintain coverage. This creates additional admin work on our side and as well as yours. We recommend that get WC coverage for your own company if you don’t already have it.
